A bar built on connection
Sonoro is a cocktail bar and social games venue on Vaksalagatan in Uppsala, with drinks, small plates, shuffleboard, pool and darts. The name means resonant in Spanish.

The challenge
A venue with games risks looking like a sports bar, full of screens, scores and noise. That was never the night Sonoro wanted to offer. Its guests come for each other, and the games are a reason to lean in rather than compete.
Sonoro needed a name and a brand that would draw people in from the street and tell them what kind of evening waits inside.

The opportunity
We built the brand around the sound of a good night. Friends leaning in, the crack of a cue ball, a puck finding its way home. Connection over competition, lively but never loud.
Every letter in the wordmark has its own voice. Rings pulse like soundwaves, a sunburst replaces a letter and an eye keeps watch. Tropical industrial colour does the rest, with a serif that sings beside a grotesk that speaks.

The result
Posters, menu covers, coasters, gift cards, the street sign and the bar screen all play the same tune at full volume. The brand stays maximal without ever feeling chaotic.
Guests know the mood before they step inside. Come for the people. Stay for the vibe.
