A restaurant that turns into a night out
Olli sits on Jakobsbergsgatan in Stockholm, presented by Oliver Ingrosso. Guests come for dinner and stay for the music. The brand had to hold both.

The challenge
Stockholm has no shortage of Italian restaurants, and no shortage of bars. A guest choosing where to spend an evening rarely finds both in one place, done well. Olli offered exactly that, but a restaurant that becomes a club after dark can easily end up looking like neither.
The brand needed to feel right at eight o’clock over a plate of pasta and still feel right at one in the morning by the bar. It also had to sit comfortably inside Richard Lindvall’s interior without competing with it.

The opportunity
Music already shaped how an evening at Olli unfolds, so we let it shape the brand. The menu reads like a record. Side A is antipasti, Side B is pasta, the mains are the headliners and the bar runs until the last song. Dinner is the intro. The bar is the drop.
That gave everything a part to play, from the leather menu folder on the stone bar to the poster in the corridor.

The result
A widely tracked wordmark and a single O that connects everything, set on beige paper and night blue with one tomato accent. The system runs through menus, wine labels, coasters, window foil, take-away and social.
From the first booking to the last drink, it sounds like the same place. Senza fretta. There is no rush.
